Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: burger seasoning blend

Instructions:

  1. Combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix gently until well combined.

  3. Form into patties, slightly thicker at edges.

  4. Season patties with seasoning blend if desired.

  5. Cook patties on grill or skillet over medium-high heat, 4-5 minutes per side.

  6. Let patties rest before serving.

  7. Serve on buns with favorite toppings and condiments.
